本研究針對本公司新製程所生產之新型奈米銀產品,應用於水產養殖過程中消毒與抑菌的方法與技術,針對特定病原菌之抑菌能力與功效,餌料生物消毒,水質處理等不同水產養殖產業中常見的風險進行評估,建立未來產品對水產養殖產業的應用模式,以期降低藥物濫用風險,減低食安威脅。本研究目前的研究成果發現:
新型奈米銀對溶藻弧菌,腸炎弧菌,哈維氏弧菌,愛德華式菌,嗜水性產氣單胞菌,乳酸鏈球菌,鏈球菌等七株常見水生生物疾病均有顯著抑制能力,不論添加在水體中或以奈米銀不織布製成濾材均可有效抑制養殖水體中七株病原菌的數量,減低疾病爆發的風險。而且奈米銀不會對水質產生影響,造成養殖生物緊迫。
奈米銀產品除了可以進行水體殺菌以外,亦可用於石斑魚卵洗過程,有效降低病原性疾病感染,提高孵化率與魚苗產量。本計畫透過小規模試生產並輔導業者進行石斑魚苗培育過程中發現,使用奈米銀產品可以提高三寸苗產量達12%,未來將可有效解決石斑魚苗產量不足的困境。
為了解決餌料生物攜帶病原菌的困擾,本研究以奈米銀產品針對植物性與動物性餌料生物進行評估,結果發現:奈米銀會影響植物性餌料生物如等鞭金藻,海洋擬球藻與周氏扁藻的活性,雖然可以降低所攜帶病原菌的總量,但由於其嚴重影響餌料生物活性,故不建議使用。而在對動物性餌料生物的研究中發現,以奈米銀16 ppb處理 15 分鐘不但不會影響輪蟲,豐年蝦與橈足類的活性,而且可以有效降低病原菌感染的風險。
本公司所研發的新型奈米銀產品與原型奈米銀產品相比在抑菌能力與其他相關指標中並無顯著差異,新型產品安定性優於原型產品,將有助於提高未來產品之競爭力。而本研究的成果顯示奈米銀可以有效降低病原菌滋生的風險,亦可作為動物性餌料生物消毒以降低感染風險,同時不會影響水質。未來一旦大量推廣應用於產業,將可有效解決目前水產養殖產業疾病與養殖管理的困擾,提高業者收益,強化我國水產養殖產業之國際競爭力。


This study aimed at the company new process of new nano silver products, used in aquaculture in the process of disinfection with the method and technology of bacteriostasis, bacteriostatic ability and the effect of specific pathogen bait biological disinfection, water treatment and other common risk assessment in the aquaculture industry, establish future products for the applied mode of the aquaculture industry in order to reduce the risk of drug abuse, reducing food security threat.This study the current research found that:
New type of nano silver to dissolve, v. enteritis vibrio, vickers vibrio, Edwardian, heavy water gas, bacterium streptococcus, streptococcus disease and so on seven strains common aquatic organisms have significant inhibition, no matter in nano silver added in water or made from nonwoven filter material can effectively restrain seven strains of pathogenic bacteria in aquaculture water quantity, reduce the risk of disease outbreaks.And nano silver will not impact on water quality, breeding biology pressing.
Nano silver products in addition to water sterilization, can also be used for figured eggs to wash process, effectively reduce the pathogen infection sex disease, increase the hatching rate and fish production.This project through small-scale trial production and the grouper seedling cultivation in the process of tutoring companies found that using nanometer silver products can improve three inches seedling yield was 12%, and the future will be able to effectively solve the difficulties of inadequate grouper seedling production.
In order to solve the bait biological carrying pathogenic bacteria, this study nano silver products in view of the plant and animal bait biological evaluation, it is found that nano silver affects plant bait organisms such as whip chrysophyte, ocean to found and zhou bian, the activity of algal although can reduce the amount of carried by pathogenic bacteria, but due to its serious influence bait biological activity, so it is not recommended.In the study of animal bait creature found that nano silver 16 parts per treatment not only will not affect the rotifers, 15 minutes brine shrimp and the activity of copepods, and can effectively reduce the risk of pathogen infection. The company research and development of new nanoscale silver products compared with the prototype nano silver products in antibacterial ability and other related indicators and there was no significant difference, the new product stability is better than that of the prototype, will help to improve the competitiveness of future products.And the results of this study show that nanoscale silver can effectively reduce the risk of pathogenic bacteria breeding, also as animal bait biological disinfection in order to reduce the risk of infection, does not affect the water quality at the same time.Future once a large number of popularization and application in industry, which can effectively solve the disease and breeding management of aquaculture industry, improve industry profits, strengthen the international competitiveness of the aquaculture industry in China.
